As we start to near the halfway mark in the year, we were talking about how the motivation to complete those January resolutions can tend to wane. For some who didn’t make objectives at the top of the year, the impetus might be heightening given the current state we’re in. So we thought it would be a good idea to create a visual reminder by making a why board.
Similar to a vision board, a why board is a physical or digital representation used to provide continued motivation towards manifesting goals. Unlike a vision board a why board consists of images that push you to excel. When we discussed what pushes us to be better, it was a no-brainer: our family is our why!
The end result? A beautiful digital collage of the people we love that we are using as a screensaver on our devices. If you are making a physical one, be sure to get an elegant or minimal frame ( the dollar store has some inexpensive ones) to put your why board into. Then place it on a wall in your office or on your desk.
Benefits of a why board:
What is your why? And what does it push you to achieve?
